Day 1:
Arrive Paro - Thimphu
At 03.30 am, our tour guide in purple and navy blue uniform will meet and greet at the hotel lobby. Depart hotel to Bangkok International airport for smooth flight to Bhutan by KB 121 (05.50 – 09.00) arrive Paro, our local tour guide will meet and greet at the airport then, drive to Thimphu, the Capital of Bhutan 65 km (40 Miles) or 2 hours drives.

Visit the National Memorial Chorten built in memory of the late King the father of the modern Bhutan. The paintings and statues inside the monument provide a deep insight in Buddhist philosophy. Visit Trashichho Dzong also known as “Fortress of the Glorious Religion”. The dzong was built in 1641 and houses the main secretariat building and the central monk body.

Day 2:
After breakfast, visit the Changangkha Temple, The Nunnery Center and The Mini Zoo to see the national animal Takin.  Drive to the view point to get the beautiful view of the Capital.  Visit the 13 arts of Bhutan (Art School), the Textile Museum and the indigenous hospital.

Day 3:
Thimphu - Punakha
After breakfast, drive to Punakha, 80 km or 2.30 hours drives to enrooting Dochula pass at 3100 meters.   During clear weather the Himalayas can be seen from this spot in a panoramic view.  There are 108 stupas (pagodas).  Lunch will be served at Cafeteria and drive on to Punakha. Visit Punakha Dzong then, visit Khamsum Yuelley Namgyel Chorten which is only one of its kind in the world is a splendid example of Bhutan’s fine architectural and artistic traditions. Built by Her Majesty Queen Ashi Tshering Yangdon Wangchuk  for the well being of the Kingdom and the benefit of all sentient beings.

Day 4:
After breakfast, visit the famous temple Chimi Lhakhang built by a famous Lama to subdue a demoness in the 14th century. Then, highly recommend for a hike from the lofty remote village of Talo down to Khurutang village.

Day 5:
Punakha - Wangdue Phodrang - Phobjikha (Gangtey)
After breakfast, drive to Wangdue Phodrang, 17 km to visit Dzong which is pierced on a spur at the confluence of the Sunkosh and Tangmachu rivers. The dzong was built in 1638. The position of the Dzong is remarkable as it completely covers the south and east-west. Wangdue district is famous for its bamboo work, slate and stone carving. 

After lunch at Wangdue Phodrang, drive for 3 hours to arrive at one of the most beautiful open valleys in Bhutan - Gangtey. Gangtey is the winter heaven to the rare Black Necked Crane, migrating down from the Tibetan Plateau. On a hillock overlooking the small villages is the Gangtey Monastery. This is the only Nyingmapa temple in the country.

Day 6:
Gangtey (Phobjikha) 
After breakfast, explore Phobjikha Valley which is famous for Black Necked Cranes. These cranes migrate from Central Asiatic Plateau to escape its harsh winters.

Day 7:
Gangtey (Phobjikha) - Paro
After breakfast, return to Paro. Visit the National Museum, the Rinpung Dzong and the 7th century Kyichu Lhakhang (temple). Visit the Orchards, to select the seasonal fruits then to visit Farm House, see the ways of life in their traditional style.

Day 8:
After breakfast, the must site to visit to hike up to Paro Taktsang the Tiger’s nest. Picnic lunch will be arranged in this day.

Day 9:
Paro – Bangkok
After breakfast, depart hotel for smooth flight returning to Bangkok by KB 120 (10.15 – 15.25)

Arrive Bangkok, airport staff will meet you at the gate of the plane with the sign board of your name displaying. Then, escort you to immigration counter to facilitates the paper work and then to the luggage claim area taking care of your belonging, accompany you through arrival hall to meet our tour guide who is in purple and navy blue uniform and transfer to your hotel.

Cancellation Policy:
Clienta must notify the packages of cancellation as early as possible at least 30 Days prior to the packages tour is started.

If packages are cancelled by shorten the travel date required early notice otherwise a late cancellation will be applied as following details

  - 30 days prior departure date no charge
  - 14 days prior departure date is compulsory cancellation charged at 30% of packages
  - 7 days prior departure date is compulsory cancellation charged at 50% of packages
  - After 7 days prior departure date is compulsory cancellation charged at 100% of package
  - Druk Air is compulsory same as cancellation packages policy

The packages cost is in high amount of payment due to Bhutan government policy, East meets West Travel is recommenced clients to postpone the trip in stead of do cancellation.
