China Town, the 1.43 km street of Chinatown where the Chinese community is located was built in the reign of King Rama V and has since been the center of both local and international business. Known as the Chinatown of Thailand, Yaowarat road consists of a crowded array of gold, hardware, food and fabric shops as well as dozens of other small businesses.  Today, it is also Thailandís best know and biggest gold trading center with 132 gold shops scattered along it.  The standard of gold and its daily retail price are set by the Gold Traders Association, an organization formed by gold traders, most of them in the Chinatown area.  Gold and jewelery from Yaowarat are well-known both locally and aboard for their fine craftsmanship and good quality, in which a certain percentage of gold is guaranteed. 

Mongkhon Kamalawat Temple, this is the largest and liveliest temples in Chinatown. This Buddhist shrine combines elements of Confucianism and Taoism attracting a wide range of devotees.

Canal Tour, let yourself be flown away in a long-tailed boat along the unique canals with lot of old Thai houses, temples and ancient places lining up the whole route of Chao Phraya River trip.  An interesting way of seeing different Thai ways of life.

Our tour guide in purple and navy blue uniform will meet and greet at the hotel lobby.  Depart hotel by our private car for 20 minute to China Town, the main center for trading by the Chinese since they were moved from their old site some 200 years ago to make way for the Grand Palace and Emerald Buddha Complex.  A stop to have a taste of coffee at Easae Coffee Shop, 60 years original Chinese coffee.  Then, a walk to an Old Market, this area is always lively and alleys full of shops selling all types of goods.  The next visit at Mongkhon Kamalawat Temple, and let yourself be flown away in a long-tailed boat for Canal Tour, this picturesque trip features canal side temples and fascinating vignettes of water-borne life.  And transfer to hotel.
